Access is defined as ‘humanitarian actors’ ability to reach populations affected by the crisis, as well as an affected population’s ability to access humanitarian assistance and services.’ The ISCG Secretariat coordinates the Access Work to support the broader humanitarian community working on the Rohingya Response, including the Sectors.
The ISCG Secretariat coordinates efforts to monitor and improve access outcomes for the wider humanitarian community working in the Rohingya refugee response. This includes identifying, compiling, and analysing access constraints and priorities to support the development of advocacy, operational and policy recommendations and tools. Humanitarian partners report access issues to the ISCG.
