The Cox’s Bazar Education Sector in Bangladesh is jointly managed by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and Save the Children International (SCI). The Sector addresses the educational needs of Rohingya refugees and affected host communities in the Ukhiya and Teknaf sub-districts while preparing for and responding to disasters. It collaborates with the Rohingya Coordination Platform (RCP) and is currently partnering with INGOs, NGOs and UN agencies to support the education of Rohingya and affected host community children.
